Complimentary delivery on orders over ₹5,000

Privacy policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.

Last updated 22 September 2026

This policy has [not yet been reviewed by a lawyer]. The description of what is collected is accurate to the system; retention, lawful basis and grievance contact still need confirming against the DPDP Act.

What we collect

When you order, we store your name, email address, delivery address, phone number and the contents of your order.

If you create an account, we keep your order history and anything you save to your wishlist.

If you subscribe to our emails, we store your email address and when you subscribed.

When Cash on Delivery was offered, we emailed you a short confirmation code. We store only a hashed form of that code, never the code itself, and it expires after ten minutes.

If we owe you a refund and hold no card on file, we ask for a bank account or UPI id. It is encrypted before it is stored and is never displayed again after you give it to us.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

We do not store card details. Card payments, when we offer them, are handled by the payment provider and the card number never reaches our servers.

Who else sees it

Our couriers receive your name, address and phone number, because they cannot deliver without them.

Our email provider receives your email address in order to send transactional messages.

Our payment provider receives what it needs to take payment.

[Named processors and their locations to be listed once providers are contracted]

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Everything else: [retention periods to confirm].

Unsubscribing removes you from our mailing list but keeps a record that you unsubscribed, so a future import cannot email you again by mistake.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it within [statutory response window to confirm].

[Grievance officer name and contact address, required under the DPDP Act]

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies the shop cannot work without — they remember your basket and keep you signed in.

With your permission, and only then, we also use the tools below. They send information straight from your browser to the company that runs them.

Google Analytics (Google) counts visits and shows which pages are viewed, where visitors came from, and which pieces are viewed, added to the bag and bought. This is an analytics cookie.

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft) records clicks, scrolling and movement on a page so we can see where the shop is confusing. Anything typed into a form is hidden. This is an analytics cookie.

None of these load unless you allow them. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
