Frequently asked
If your question is not here, contact us — a person will answer it.
- How do I know what size to order?
- Every product page links to the size guide, which gives measurements for each type of garment. If you are between sizes on a made-to-order piece, we cut to your measurements instead — just tell us when you order.
- What does made-to-order actually mean?
- The piece is cut after you order it, to your measurements. A lehenga takes around three weeks, bridal around twelve. The lead time is stated on the product before you buy. These pieces are not held in stock, and cannot be returned for change of mind.
- Can I pay cash on delivery?
- No. Orders are paid online — by card, UPI, net banking or wallet, handled by Razorpay. There is no handling fee, and nothing to pay at the door.
- Do you ship outside India?
- Not yet. We deliver across serviceable pincodes in India only.
- How should I care for hand embroidery?
- Care instructions are listed on every product, because they differ genuinely between pieces — chikankari on cotton mul wants a cold hand wash and shade drying, while a zardozi lehenga should only ever go to a specialist dry cleaner. Follow the instruction on the piece rather than a general rule.
- Can I change or cancel an order?
- Contact us as soon as you can. In-stock orders can usually be changed before dispatch. A made-to-order piece can be changed until cutting begins, after which it cannot — customised pieces are not returnable or refundable, so please confirm measurements, colour and customisation before ordering. Cancellation terms are [cancellation policy to confirm].
